2018 Blue Jeans Week 34

Catching up again...these last two weeks have been crazy as we have gotten two girls ready to send to college.  It was a week of lasts before we left to head to BYU with my oldest 2 girls.  Take a look at our week. . .
Over the summer Miss A has been helping to teach this children's class at church with her co-teacher.  I had to get a picture of them on her last Sunday at church for the year.  Such cute kids!

And for the summer Miss O was helping out in the church nursery, so these were the cute kids she got to be with all summer.

My niece and her husband were traveling cross country and stopped by to stay with us.  It was fun to have them!

We had a "good-bye" party for Miss O as she prepares to head off to her freshman year of college.

And then we had to go through all her stuff, label and pack it.  She will be living in an apartment style dorm, so she will be cooking her own food so that necessitates extra stuff!

I am so not very good at taking selfies :)  But we had our last family trip to the city together this week for some shopping.

Meet my sister and brother-in-law in the city to have lunch and so they could say good-bye to these two.

Miss A has been working with a lady who opened a cool candy store this summer.  Miss A got to help her get some things ready for it.  Took these two to check out the store one day before we left.

And this is the last time all my kids will be together until Thanksgiving.  So sad!  It is going to be a quiet house with half of them gone!!!

And we left and drove 1150 miles and the first meal we had when we got to Utah was ice cream!!!  Oh yes!  If you ever get to Utah, go to Leatherby's and get anything with their homemade caramel sauce and you will NOT be disappointed.  Divine!

Thanks for visiting!  Hope you had a good week!

  1. Love the van selfie and the picture of your four all together one last time for now. We have Letherby's here too and they have the best ice-cream treats. Good choice!
