It has been a hot week here (I am so ready for fall temps!), but a good one! My college girls started back to school, we had our first cross country meet of the season, and man it was hot! But we did awesome! Take a look at our week!

My college girls' first day! Love that they took their first day picture together! And like the guy on the ladder in the back :)
Our high school has an awesome internship program for seniors and every day for 2 hours Miss E gets to work at the hospital. They rotate her to a different department every two weeks. It is awesome! Here she is with her mentor showing a port they use with patients. It is a great learning experience for her!!!
Our seniors this year on our cross country team. Miss E has known these kids since kindergarten. Awesome kids!
And this girl is submitting her college application today for BYU! She is hoping to join her sisters next year! We will find out if she gets in mid-February 2020! Just a few months to wait.....:)
First cross country meet of the year, and it was soooo hot! 92 degrees and humid! This was our girls varsity team, and they did awesome! A great group of girls!!
Mr J ran JV and got first!!! His first high school cross country race as a freshman, and he did so awesome! Coach said that was his first and last JV race as he is moving him to varsity next week. Super proud of this kid! Excited to see what the season holds for him!!

Love the college girls' first day of school picture and so great about the internship at the hospital for your HS senior. Here they have to be over 18 in order to do anything in a hospital so it really limits them getting that pre-med experience early on. Looks like a wonderful start to the cross country season.
