Enjoying our last few weeks of summer. School starts in just 2 weeks! Miss E was gone all week for student council camp, so Mr J just had us to hang out with. He enjoyed some Nana time and then when Miss E got back we enjoyed the county fair. We have had some beautiful, mild summer weather and have been loving it! Take a look at our week!
Summer is the perfect time for the kids to learn to cook and bake better. Mr J working on a new recipe this week.

I made it a goal this last month of summer that we were going to play a game (card game, board game, etc) every day until school starts. Today were played Play Nine. It was fun. We haven't missed a day yet!

Our favorite summer breakfast--Kodiak cakes waffles. We make a big batch and freeze them so we can pull them out every morning to top with jam or yogurt or syrup. Yummy! We tried their dark chocolate ones and loved them!
Enjoyed an evening at the county fair with these two! Seeing all the animals is always fun!

I'm so sad summer is ending. Looks like a great and yummy week. Those waffles look amazing. Cute picture of your hiking girls and super cute picture at the fair. LOL! Is he the tallest of them all now? Gotta love boys and their crazy growth spurts.
