We enjoyed the shorter week that Labor Day offers last week. It is so nice to have a 3 day weekend and then only a 4 day week! We had some nice weather, and it has finally started to cool down which is nice. Had another cross country meet and the kids have hit homework full force. I get several pictures from Miss A during the week. Love it. She has lots of homework too and is working hard but having fun also which is good. Take a look at our week. . .
Enjoyed the holiday weekend and did some biking around the lake near our home.
Got an ice cream pizza which the kids were excited about. Yummy!
A typical after school shot with all 3 kids on laptops---the evolution of homework.
And this is the before of Miss A's old room
And this is the after with Miss O settled in. We need to find her a new comforter set. It will be yellow. Cute stuff. She is loving her own space and so is Miss E.
I love it when this guy plays the piano.
Cross country meet for the week. Go Miss E and Miss O--it was a wet, wet meet and really muddy. It poured ran when they ran and the course was sooooo muddy. Miss E slipped and fell with about 400 yards left in her 3.1 mile race. Bless her heart, but she got up and finished strong by passing the girl in front of her. She was covered in mud. Ugh.
This is my picture from Miss A for the week. Her, her roommate and 3 friends who all served missions in our hometown got together for dinner Friday night. They are all going to school at BYU so it was fun for them all to get together. Making lots of memories!
Thanks for visiting! Hope you have a great week!!
How fun! That is an amazing transformation of the bedroom and colors! Well done!
ReplyDeleteI love the new colors in that bedroom and the decorative circles at the top of the wall. How fun! That ice-cream pizza looks pretty yummy. That sounds like one heck of a cross-country meet and good for Miss E getting up and finishing the race muddy and all. Way to go girl! Love seeing pictures from Miss A's college adventures. I doubt I'll get many pictures from my boy. He hates taking them. *sigh*
